Yes! The core personal finance, expense tracking, and budgeting features are 100% free for all users worldwide. There are no hidden fees or surprise paywalls.

Does CashMate work offline in areas with bad internet?

Absolutely. We built CashMate specifically for regions like Uganda, India, and the Philippines where mobile data can be expensive or unreliable. All your data is stored locally on your device and works perfectly without an internet connection.

Does the app support my local currency?

Yes. CashMate automatically adapts to your local region. You can track expenses seamlessly in Ugandan Shillings (UGX), Indian Rupees (INR), Philippine Pesos (PHP), Nepalese Rupees (NPR), Ghanaian Cedis (GHS), and many more.

Is my financial data secure and private?

Security is our top priority. Because data is stored locally on your device by default, we do not have access to your financial history. We never sell your data to third parties. If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is securely encrypted.

How does the Loan Tracker work?

The built-in loan management feature lets you keep a running tally of money you have lent to friends or family, and money you have borrowed. It separates your personal expenses from debts to keep your budget accurate.
