1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CashMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
CashMate is a personal finance app that allows users to track transactions, categories, and notes. Cloud sync is an optional feature provided for your convenience.
3. User Accounts
You may use the app without an account. However, enabling cloud sync requires a Google or Apple login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. User Data & Ownership
You retain full ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for maintaining your own backups. Periwin Solutions is not responsible for data loss due to device issues, theft, or user actions.
5. Data Storage
By default, data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable the optional sync feature, your data will be stored securely using Firebase.
6. Advertising
CashMate uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. These third-party providers may collect limited data, such as device identifiers, to deliver relevant ads to you.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the CashMate application.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the CashMate application belong to Periwin Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without explicit permission.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for your personal financial decisions, nor are we liable for any indirect or consequential data loss.
11. Children's Privacy
CashMate is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
